Software Development Manager

Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in their search for a Software Development Manager to join their team in the Fort Wayne, IN area. This successful resource will be responsible for leading and managing a team responsible for a variety of projects to ensure deliverables.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Mentor and direct software developments with various projects and activities
• Manage day-to-day activities of the team utilizing Kanban
• Oversee the SST development team to create stable and efficient solutions throughout the development lifecycle
• Oversee velocity and maintenance of SST codebases

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5-7 years of professional experience in software development
• 4+ years of Management experience
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SQL 2016, and understanding of SQL dead locks
• Strong communication skills

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree

TERMS:
