Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Controls Technician based out of Waco, TX, reporting to the Fort Worth office as needed. As a Service Controls Technician, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, repairs and projects. There will be an assessment sent out to evaluate your HVAC knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in Trane building and equipment controls preferred
• HVAC System troubleshooting skills
• Strong proficiency in instrumentation and calibration and reporting
• Knowledge of electricity and BAS control systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
