Senior Transmission Engineer

Vallum is working with our international Energy Consultancy that works solely on renewable energy and grid development tailored toward the below industries:

• Offshore/Onshore wind
• Solar
• Hydro
• BESS
• Transmission and Distribution

With 140 Consultants across the globe they have recently expanded their US operations and have an early stage hire for a Senior Transmission Engineer.

This will be a remote based position reporting into the US Country Head.

Candidates with a strong technical transmission background (RTO’s – ISO’s and Utilities) the preference is for individuals that have a good breadth of experience and can leverage off existing relationships.

This role will have a mixture of Engineering, Power Systems Analysis and Business Development.

Whilst our client has a strong pedigree with excellent technical advisory experience, the US is very much a start up for them. Thus candidates will need to be entrepreneurial minded with a vision to grow the role into a managerial one.
