Job Description
Territory Sales Manager
OCuSOFT is an Eye and Skin Care pharmaceutical company seeking the services of a personable, energetic, "can-do" individual for the Territory Sales Manager (TSM) position. Workweeks are Monday-Friday, with the occasional weekend when a trade show/conference is scheduled. TSMs deliver medical samples, coupons, literature, and other information to ophthalmologists, optometrists, opticians, dermatologists, and eye care professionals in their offices. TSMs also meet with the doctors, staff, and purchaser(s) to directly sell products into the practice. Our business is relationship-driven, so individuals should be comfortable in social interaction within the doctors' offices. The Company develops and promotes innovative products that require technical presentations, so the preferred candidate will have good communication skills and be conscientious in their study habits to expand their product knowledge. The individual should also be available for overnight travel. Eye care clinical background or ophthalmic sales experience preferred.
Priority consideration will be given to those individuals seeking management responsibility. Regional Management positions will be opening soon, and it is the Company’s desire to promote from within. More extensive travel will be required for such positions, so freedom to travel as much as 50% is mandatory.

The Company offers a number of Rx products and clinical supplies provided to doctors' offices, as well as over-the-counter (OTC) products, which are detailed and sampled to doctors in-office or provided to the doctor's office for retail to the patients. Patients will then either buy these OTC products from the doctor or go to traditional drug stores, pharmacies, grocery stores, or online to purchase for their ongoing needs.

- Able to travel overnight - 50% travel required.
- Individuals must reside within a 30-45 minute commute to Columbus proper.
- Organized and possesses good communication skills
- Able to "think out of the box."
- A College degree is required.
- Salary commensurate with ability.
- Eye care clinical background or ophthalmic sales experience preferred.
