:Perform and certify structural calculations, provide repair solutions, offer telephone support, and conduct single member sizing for engineered wood products
.Offer expert advice to Plan Services on construction practices and resolve design-related issues
.Comprehend and align with the company's vision, mission, and strategy, setting and achieving personal performance goals in support of business unit objectives
.Ensure all projects comply with relevant building codes and standards
.Create and distribute technical bulletins and detailed construction guides
.Contribute to the development and maintenance of specification and installation literature, design software, and conduct training sessions
.Provide technical support for claims related to Technical Services and Engineered Wood Products
