Are you skilled in Salesforce administration and have a solid background with Salesforce Service Cloud? Do you have experience with Salesforce CPQ or Billing? Are you passionate about driving best practice and process improvement? Then you could be the Senior Salesforce Administrator the Revenue Operations Technology team is looking for! You will be part of a growing Revenue Operations Technology team with an emphasis on Agile DevOps and scalable solutions. You will support the business with current solutions and build out new features and functionality that support the entire organization from Lead to Billing, with an emphasis in Service Cloud. You will identify areas of improvement and drive out-of-the-box best practice workflows. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be a strategic thinker and an all-around team player. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing individual and team performance related to the usage of Salesforce.com by working across multiple business functions to identify, document, and implement streamlined business processes. You will be managing our APEX code inside of Salesforce to support our custom workflows as well as managing data governance initiatives to drive consistent and proper handling of data across our business.

As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will oversee data management related to Salesforce.com forecasting, contract management, opportunities, dashboards and reporting, and mass imports and exports of data. You will also be responsible for translating and implementing user requests into meaningful enhancements to the system, including creating custom reports, objects, workflows, email alerts, templates, etc.

  • 5 years of experience with Salesforce
  • Service Cloud expertise required
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or Billing a plus
  • Salesforce Developer skills (Visualforce and Apex fundamentals, Lightning framework, developer console, web services, SQL, SOQL) a plus
  • Experience with GearSet deployments and data backup a plus
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Desire to lead and mentor

  • Administrator Certification (required)
  • Advanced Administrator Certification (required)
  • Case Management Specialist Superbadge (desired)
  • CPQ Specialist Certification (desired)
