Role Overview:
As Project Architect, you will produce and manage projects from design through construction, and will be working directly with clients and sub-consultants in the areas of education, healthcare, municipal, industrial and other challenging market sectors.
Core Position Responsibilities:
Develop projects from inception, including design and presentation materials.
Ensure Building Code Compliance
Develop Plans and Specifications suitable for Permitting, Bidding and Construction.
Ensure Plans and Specifications are coordinated.
Serve as primary point of contact and project liaison to assist with the resolution of construction issues and conduct site observations
Perform Construction Administration including site visits, jobsite meetings, field reports and documentation.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and other appropriate employees.
Minimum Requirements:
BS in Architecture
5+years experience
Architectural registration, or path to licensure
Proficiency in Revit
Preferred Skills:
Advanced leadership skills as either a technical leader and/or project manager of complex projects
Experience working with a team of engineers
Self motivated
