Senior Manager Indirect Procurement who can work on a strategic level to ensure that the procurement goals are met. This is an individual contributor role onsite in either Minneapolis MN, Stamford CT or Derry NH. Some of the duties will include to manage indirect procurement sourcing strategy and drive productivity; establish logistic and warehouse solutions for the Industrial fire business; and to build strong business partnership with Indirect, Logistic and warehouse suppliers to meet business current and future needs.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
8+ years indirect or direct procurement experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree with 5+years global supply chain management experience
Lead a cross-functional global team to achieve results through leadership & influence.
Business judgment to drive strategy and results.
Excel in a dynamic environment.
Lead analysis and resolution of complex problems and evaluate tangible & intangible variables
