Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Packaging Engineer to lead the start-up of assembly and packaging lines for new products. This role involves planning and executing technical aspects of product and process technology transfer. You will work closely with the MSAT team for commissioning, qualification, and validation of new and existing packaging equipment. Experience in writing URS for new equipment and implementing traceability technology, including serialization and aggregation, is essential.

Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Packaging Engineer to lead the start-up of assembly and packaging lines for new products. This role involves planning and executing technical aspects of product and process technology transfer. You will work closely with the MSAT team for commissioning, qualification, and validation of new and existing packaging equipment. Experience in writing URS for new equipment and implementing traceability technology, including serialization and aggregation, is essential.
Responsibilities
- Lead start-up activities for assembly and packaging lines for new products.
- Develop and author URS for new equipment.
- Collaborate with the MSAT team for commissioning, qualification, and validation of packaging equipment.
- Implement traceability technology, including serialization and aggregation.
- Design assembly and packaging lines and develop technical documentation.
- Continuously improve assembly and packaging processes using OEE, TPM, LEAN, or other systems.
- 8+ years in packaging and assembly engineering.
- Knowledge of packaging equipment (Kober, Bosch, Marchesini, Ima, Dividella, Bausch & Strobel, Syntegon).
- Experience with traceability technology.
- Experience in tech transfer in the pharmaceutical industry, including formulation, sterile filtration, aseptic filling, automated visual inspection, and packaging/labeling.
