Senior Manager Supplier Quality

Job Purpose & Responsibilities (80s Of The Position)

• New Supplier Audits
• Travel budget and manpower planning.
• PPAP Completion
• Quality Management System (QMS) cross functional alignment
• Get internal department & quality org up to IATF standards
• Fill any documentation gaps and review aged materials from org growth
• Utilize eQLM into QMS planning
• Finalize and utilize supplier scorecard system
• Establish what metrics we can realistically hold suppliers to with current production speeds and company resources
  
  

Required Experience

• Education level minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years in Supplier Development, Supplier Quality, Statistical Process Control (SPC) & Control Plans.
• Specific skills.MS Project, eQLM, proficient in Design of Experiments (DOE), DFMEA & PFMEA.
• Six Sigma Black Belt

Preferred Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
