Their market opportunity is large and growing as the baby boomers age and the home increasingly becomes the epicenter for care as consumers demand convenience and lower-cost solutions.WHAT YOU WILL DO:The Senior Manager, Strategic Finance sits at the intersection of corporate finance, business analytics, and high - impact special projects. You will be a trusted business partner to our clients' growth and operations teams, and you will play an influential role in tracking and steering the business by extracting key insights to support executive decision making with a financial lens. The role will partner with the VP of Finance to oversee and drive improvements in financial planning, capital budgeting, and identify and manage special projects across growth and profitability initiatives (e.g. expansion strategy, LTV / CAC, etc.)KEY ACCOUNTABILITES:
Drive complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives and special projects that impact all aspects of the business and organization (e.g. LTV / CAC optimization)
Build and maintain simple, easy to follow, sophisticated financial models to enable business planning and decision making.
Prepare and drive weekly and monthly financial and operational reviews with internal teams.
Partner with leadership on long-term and short-term planning, forecasting, and capital budgeting
Ensure cash needs are met, manage and enhance the 13-week cash flow forecast, and maintain relationships with banks and lenders.
Partner with accounting and finance to assist in systems implementation and the month - end close process.
Develop and prepare compelling external materials, including board decks and management presentations, that effectively communicate the financial narrative.
Provide financial analysis and due diligence support for M&A activities, including valuation modeling, synergy assessment, and integration planning.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Minimum of 5 years of progressive work experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, investment banking, corporate development, private equity, and/or management consulting
Strong financial modeling and analysis skills
A deep understanding of corporate finance concepts
M&A experience, including due diligence, valuation modeling and integration planning
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related discipline
