Job Description:

• Should have over 10 years of experience in Windows/Linux Application support as part Service Management.
• Provide level 1 & 2 support.
• Manage software upgrades and releases including deployment via DevOps tool.
• Have good experience with Azure, DevOps Production Support, Windows, LINUX & MS SQL Server.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to SLAs.
• Troubleshooting issues related to application performance, availability, and latency.
• Developing and implementing monitoring strategies for new and existing applications.
• Participating in incident management processes to minimize downtime and restore services quickly.
• Providing technical support to internal and external customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Executes the Disaster Recovery Plans (both DR Exercise and actual disaster).
• Establishes cadence to manage our vendors closely.
• Monitoring and managing IT infrastructure using Dynatrace and Elastic tools, including setting up alerts, dashboards, and custom objects.
