An investment firm with a focus on healthcare, software, and technology-based services, is looking for a Senior Finance Associate. The position offers extensive exposure and growth within a private equity environment and requires a dedicated professional to join their finance team in Greenwich, CT.
Compensation: $100,000 - $160,000/year plus bonus.
Location: Greenwich, CT
Responsibilities of the Senior Finance Associate:
Oversee quarterly reporting and review workpapers prepared by the fund administrator.
Review financial statements and tax returns, leading respective processes.
Manage the preparation/review of Management Company financial statements and budgeting.
Assist with quarterly valuation templates, deal-closing procedures, and portfolio monitoring.
Assist with operational procedures and compliance filings.
Participate in committee meetings.
Requirements for the Senior Finance Associate:
3-6 years of relevant experience in the finance and accounting sectors.
Experience in private equity required.
CPA preferred but not required.
