Seeking a Mid - Senior Level COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR
Work for one of the regions TOP contractors and make an impact from within! An estimator is an important and vital part of any contractors' organization. YOU are NEEDED to either take a leading role as senior, to help run a department. Or you may also take on a mid-level role and become an integral part of the estimating team (depending on experience).
(Please do not apply if you only have either multi-family or residential background)
Requirement:
At least 3+ years of estimating for commercial construction projects, preferably in Texas.
Experience using Procore, Blue beam or Primavera P6
Experience overseeing other estimators on a team.
Full scale estimating only* please do not apply if you have only estimated small scopes.
Attention to detail.
Good time management.
Strong references.
Live local to San Antonio or open to fully re-locate.
