What You Will Be Doing

• Review and analyze construction plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Prepare detailed proposals for projects including cost estimates, project timelines, and resource requirements.
• Analyze and interpret construction documents to identify potential project risks and develop appropriate contingency plans.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects.
• Maintain knowledge of current construction industry trends and best practices to ensure accurate and competitive estimates.
  
  

What You Need for this Position

Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Construction Estimating.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
• Proficient in estimating software (such as HCSS HeavyBid) and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
