Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
10+ years of experience in engineering, product development, or a related role, with a proven track record of success in leading complex engineering projects and initiatives.
Expertise in engineering principles, theories, and methodologies, with the ability to apply them to solve technical problems and develop innovative solutions.
Proficiency in engineering software and tools, such as CAD/CAM, simulation, and analysis software, and the ability to interpret and analyze complex engineering data.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to drive results, manage priorities, and adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills
Master's degree or Ph.D. in Engineering or related field.
Professional engineering license (PE) or equivalent certification.
Extensive experience in a regulated industry (e.g., medical devices, aerospace), with knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards.
Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) software and design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) principles.
Previous experience in mentoring and coaching junior engineers and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
