Paradyme is looking for a Senior Director of Business Development for Law Enforcement to lead business development activities that align to the company’s growth goals targeted towards the FBI and the DoJ. This position will work with Executive Leadership to set the company's growth targets and then manage the full lifecycle of business.
Responsibilities
Must work with Senior Leadership in developing the company BD Strategy and individual agency account plans year over year.
Must execute the process of all phases for the capture, business development, and proposal process.
Must work hand and hand with Operations to incorporate them into the Business Development lifecycle.
Must manage the pre-proposal process with solution architects, SMEs, and all other B&P resources for pipeline opportunities
Must drive the business development process from the identification phase until proposal submission.
Contribute to all BD activities to include teaming, SWAT Analysis, RFP requirements justification, past performances, key—personnel, etc.
Create and execute BD Account plans to include strategy and roadmaps
Drive Price to Win strategies and gathering competitive intelligence
Mature every opportunity in the pipeline from the identification phase, to the qualified, phase, to the capture phase in a timely fashion
Qualifications
Must have past experience as a Special Agent in Charge within the FBI
Must have deep relationships with key influencers within FBI programs
Must have business development experience with an Enterprise Large Business
Must have demonstrated experience leading and winning large full and open captures to include solutioning, price to win, and the proposal response
Must have excellent communications skills and be an expert utilizing all proposal and capture tools necessary to accomplish all tasks
Must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Must possess active Secret Clearance and have the ability to obtain a TS Clearance
