Bachelor's Degree with a focus in Engineering, Business Management, or related field
5+ years relevant experience including manufacturing, engineering, costing, or footwear development
Knowledge of footwear construction, innovation, costing and/or global business management
Experience and knowledge of costing in a manufacturing environment with a high volume coupled with a high product mix portfolio, including valuing of materials, labor and overhead cost components
Experience in manufacturing is preferred
Experience with standard costs and variance analysis
Ability to manage responsibilities on your projects and communicate progress/priorities to management and internal team members
Ability to work with teammates of all levels including directors, managers, engineers, technicians, machine operators, and supervisor
Experience with SAP preferred
