As their senior conference producer, you will drive the growth and success of world-renowned events and shape the agendas of multi-million-dollar portfolios.
Key responsibilities of the Senior Conference Producer:
Conduct comprehensive market research and develop content for three major North American events.
Create compelling agendas for these events, taking full responsibility for the portfolio.
Establish and nurture relationships with industry leaders, recruiting key speakers to participate.
Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to promote event growth and ensure seamless execution.
The Ideal Senior Conference Producer
Minimum of 2 years' experience in conference production.
Exposure to finance-related events or conferences is a plus.
Proven track record in recruiting key speakers and C-suite executives.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to contribute to the company’s success.
Bachelor’s degree in any field, or equivalent practical experience.
