Job Description: As a Senior Business Investment Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our investment team, responsible for evaluating potential investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and executing investment strategies. You will collaborate closely with senior management and external partners to identify emerging market trends, assess industry landscapes, and make informed investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze financial statements, market data, and industry trends to evaluate investment opportunities.
Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments, including financial, legal, and operational assessments.
Develop financial models and perform valuation analyses to assess investment viability and potential returns.
Prepare investment proposals, presentations, and reports for senior management and investment committees.
Monitor portfolio performance and conduct regular reviews to assess investment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including business partners, advisors, and industry experts.
Stay abreast of market developments, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to inform investment strategies and decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate finance.
Proven track record of successfully executing investment transactions and managing investment portfolios.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
