This is an exciting opportunity to participate in a multi-year green field implementation of a new core banking and payments platform for one of the largest banks in the world.
Job Location: New York City area. Hybrid, remote/onsite (about 2 days a week).
Qualifications
15+ years of relevant experience in IT
MUST HAVE experience in Financial Services / Banking
Highly desirable experience with API ecosystem (API design, microservices, developers, UX engineering, DevOps)
5+ years of Hands-on experience with agile tools like Jira
Scrum master experience and well versed in agile / scrum ceremonies
Capable of taking ownership of a project and managing a team of engineers
Development background and experience, understanding SDLC
Experience working with multiple teams composed up to 15 team members or more
Experience documenting and managing Confluence repositories
Experience with metrics-oriented reporting
BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar
