Position Overview
As a Salesforce Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' success by designing and developing high-quality, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role is fully remote and offers a permanent position with a dynamic team environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Facilitate customer requirements and solution design workshops to align technical solutions with business needs.
Translate business requirements into system/technical specifications, identifying and addressing gaps and risks.
Lead the entire software development lifecycle, from design and coding to testing and deployment.
Collaborate closely with clients to assess existing architectures and architect solutions that meet current needs.
Design, develop, and document scalable, high-quality business solutions on Salesforce.
Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing, ensuring successful project outcomes.
Lead release planning and deployment activities, ensuring seamless solution delivery.
Provide technical leadership through design and code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices.
Write technical specifications and collaborate effectively with development teams.
Support pre-sales engagements by contributing to solution design and estimations.
Requirements
7+ years of consulting experience in a client-facing role.
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience.
Proficiency in leading technical requirements gathering and solution design sessions.
Strong expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning, SOQL), integrations, and data migrations.
Experience with Agile methodologies and enterprise-level project management.
Salesforce Application Architect and System Architect Certifications.
Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and integration platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Boomi).

Salary Range
Compensation ranges from $125,000 to $146,000 annually, based on experience and skill set.
