Responsibilities:

  • Represent Ecoloop both externally (with clients, partners, and at events) and internally (across company divisions and teams).
  • Maintain an extensive understanding of our product offerings, delivery capabilities, and sustainability policies.
  • Craft and execute sales strategies to surpass targets and foster new business development.
  • Align closely with leadership to devise and be accountable for Ecoloop’s strategic sales objectives.
  • Analyze customer engagement to identify and champion necessary changes for improvement.
  • Manage sales forecasting, target setting for Sales Managers, and progress tracking.
  • Directly oversee key accounts, shepherding the complete sales cycle with our valued partners.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships by addressing customer needs, including necessary travel for in-person interactions.
  • Communicate key metrics and business trends related to sales performance.
  • Identify and address knowledge gaps within the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Conduct regular team check-ins to ensure company sales quotas and standards are achieved.


Qualifications:

  • Solar Sales experience preferred, Sales experience required
  • Proven track record in surpassing goals
  • Exceptional communication skills, comfortable engaging with leadership and teammates.
  • Strong organizational skills, adept at managing competing priorities and strict deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management
  • Innovative and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be adept at managing continual change.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
