**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, specifically within the NetSuite ecosystem, and will be responsible for building and managing our sales pipeline. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to drive growth and expand our market presence.


**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

- Actively work networking contacts, professional affiliations, industry groups and related Centers of Influence.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers within target organizations.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective lead generation campaigns.

- Lead and manage the sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing.

- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to senior management.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

- Represent Cirrus Consulting at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our services and expand our network.


**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Minimum of 5+ years of previous experience selling in the NetSuite ecosystem.

- Active network of NetSuite Account Executive contacts.

- Experience working for NetSuite or another NetSuite Partner.

- Exhibit exceptionally strong communication, presentation, analytical and organizational skills.


**Qualifications:**

- Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and building successful sales pipelines.

- In-depth knowledge of NetSuite products and solutions, with the ability to effectively communicate their value propositions.

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

- Self-motivated, disciplined, results-driven, and must possess strong time management skills.

- Experience leveraging a CRM tool for report generation and sales tracking.

**Compensation Range: $100,000 - $300,000**

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
