About The Company

Our client specialises in the sale, service, parts and finance of Agricultural Machinery and Construction Equipment throughout several branches in regional New South Wales.

With some recent big changes and growth for the company, now is a great time to join this exciting business.

About The Role

Due to increased sales, we are currently looking to speak with top performing Sales Consultants to handle new Tractor and Machinery sales in the busy Cowra region of NSW, about 4 hours from Sydney.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on and results driven, with the desire to make this a long term position. Customer service is paramount, and you will ensure that you deliver top quality service to their valued clients.

Automotive and Agribusiness Sales and Territory Sales Representatives are strongly encouraged to apply!

Previous exposure to Agricultural and Farming Machinery in a retail or wholesale environment is not essential for this role, but would be advantageous. Candidates who have experience with brands such as John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Claas, Kubota, JCB, Deutz or similar are strongly encouraged to apply.

Ideally you will have:

• Proven experience in a similar role, selling either tractors, machinery or similar products in a dealership environment
• Experience working towards KPI's
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Devotion to customer satisfaction and service requirements
  
  
  

An excellent remuneration package with the ability to earn around $150,000+ OTE, plus vehicle will be offered to the successful candidate. Relocation assistance may be provided.
