Role Overview
The Sales and Events Manager will help drive sales within the restaurant, by building solid sales through events and outs of the restaurant. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that offers fantastic rewards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sales and events background and be a creative problem solver. They will instinctively put people first, including both guests and members of their team. We are looking for a skilled, natural leader who has an entrepreneurial mindset and maintains poise under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans to increase event bookings and sales targets quarterly.
Lead the planning and execution of all events, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional service.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision, turning ideas into reality.
Anticipate and address any issues or special requests, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continually seeking opportunities for improvement.
Foster strong relationships with guests, vendors, and partners.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in event management or related roles.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
In-depth understanding of the hospitality industry with a focus on events.
Self-motivated individual driven to excel and advance within the company.
Demonstrates high levels of flexibility and commitment to meeting event demands.
Possesses a vibrant, enthusiastic, and confident personality.
Excellent supervisory and management skills specific to event management.
Proficient in event management software, preferably Tripleseat.
Physical Demands
Ability to move with agility, stand for extended periods, and bend as necessary.
Occasional lifting and moving of items up to 15 lbs.
