**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate sales revenue through effective relationship building, estimation, and proposal management with property managers, builders, and general contractors.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence within the designated territory.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities with property management firms, builders, and general contractors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and on-site visits.
  • Conduct site surveys and assessments to accurately estimate project costs and prepare detailed proposals.
  • Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure accurate project specifications and seamless project execution.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients to achieve win-win outcomes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to effectively position our services.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company's services and expand the client base.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.

**Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the irrigation, landscaping, or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, components, and installation practices is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
