Risk Assessment AVP

RATE: $50/hr

TEMP TO PERM

Assist the Risk Assessment Officer with the development, implementation, and execution of all Compliance Risk Assessments:

▪ Aid in the development, implementation, execution, and maintenance of all Compliance risk assessments, such as BSA/AML EWRA, OFAC EWRA, CCRA, Fraud, ABC, Industry, Country/Jurisdiction, and Product risk assessments.

▪ Identify potential risk factors for BSA/AML EWRA, OFAC EWRA, CCRA, Fraud Risk Assessment, and/or ABC Risk Assessment

▪ Identify internal controls for BSA/AML EWRA, OFAC EWRA, CCRA, Fraud, and ABC

▪ Collaborate with others to adequately identify applicable regulations for inherent risk, as necessary

▪ Perform initial identification, development, and mapping of controls and risk factors/themes to the lines of business

▪ Coordinate any training sessions or workshops related to risk assessments

▪ Support Business Units and other supporting departments with the understanding of BSA/AML, OFAC, Corporate Compliance, Fraud, and ABC Risk-Related requirements to ensure involvement in all relevant risk assessments.

▪ Perform initial review of Business Unit responses for all Risk Assessments

▪ Perform analysis of Risk Assessment results, as required

▪ Draft report of Risk Assessment results with observations, recommendations, and proposed action plans

▪ Work with vendors on risk assessment solution requirements, where applicable

▪ Demonstrate risk awareness by following all policies, procedures, and internal controls daily

▪ Escalate any identified risk issues to the Risk Assessment Officer.

▪ Act as backup for the Risk Assessment Officer, as needed.
