We are currently in search of a REPACK Product Controller - HL and REPACK Product Controller - LL supporting our processing facility in Pelion, SC.
Description:
The employee will work in the REPACK area, where they will be cross trained to work multiple areas.
The REPACK inspection line will involve working on the inspection line for multiple hours at a time looking for any quality defects such as yellowing and Decay
The REPACK bagging line involves rapidly placing green onions, cilantro, turnips, into individual bags
The REPACK lines will involve depositing crates of greens onto the inspection line for multiple hours at a time
The REPACK stacking line will involve counting and placing the correct cases onto pallets for multiple hours at a time
The REPACK labeling line will involve manually placing labels on finished product pallets; and wrapping the pallets for multiple hours at a time
Maintain clean work areas to minimize cross contamination
Assist fellow team members with help on the lines
Requirements:
Adequate physical ability including sufficient manual dexterity
Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repetitively for several hours
Position requires standing, walking and bending on a regular basis on concrete flooring
High School Diploma not required
Able to follow detailed directions
Must be 18 or older
Working Environment:
Includes an expansive refrigerated warehouse, where the temperature averages 36-38 degrees Fahrenheit.
