Regional Sales Director Description
Our client in the luxury tableware industry is looking for a Regional Sales Director – Western Region to join their team. Reporting to the Global Sales Director, you will be responsible for establishing relationships with five-star hotels, luxury retailers, and Michelin-star restaurants to develop new business and drive growth in the Western Region. Beyond the bullets, our client is looking for a self-starter with great communication skills. To thrive in this role, you must have experience in luxury goods sales within the hospitality industry. Regional Sales Director Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to maintain and expand sales in the Western region
Prepare and implement short-term and long-term sales plans for each type of customer/account
Support quotations and manage opportunities
Travel weekly throughout the territory
Represent the firm at various trade shows
Meet annual goals and measurable non-revenue objectives
Regional Sales Director Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
3+ years of High-End luxury goods or services experience required
3+ years of selling to the hospitality industry experience required
Excellent Presentation And Interpersonal Skills Required
Willingness to travel extensively (up to 60% of the time) required
