About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Regional Finance Manager to support our Regional Finance Director. This role is pivotal in managing financial operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis. As part of our team, you'll contribute to ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting our local markets with exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Develop annual budgets and conduct bi-weekly forecasting.
Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and prepare reports.
Manage monthly regional sales commissions and process payments.
Oversee accrual accounts and assist with balance sheet reconciliations.
Monitor receivables and support regional collection efforts.
Collaborate with Accounts Payable for invoice processing and payments.
Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with trade accounting and support audit requests.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field required; CPA preferred.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in US GAAP and financial reporting.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Workday, and other business systems.
