Position: Regional Finance Manager (Fully Remote)

Role Overview
As a Regional Finance Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Regional Finance Director to oversee critical financial functions. This role is pivotal in managing budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and ensuring accurate month-end accruals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop annual budgets and bi-weekly forecasts.
Analyze financial performance, identifying and reporting on variances.
Calculate and process monthly regional sales commissions, ensuring accurate payroll submissions.
Maintain proper accrual accounts and assist with balance sheet reconciliations.
Monitor aged receivables and support regional collection efforts.
Coordinate invoice submissions and recurring payments, ensuring accurate GL coding.
Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and support local radio markets.
Manage monthly trade accounting activities.
Assist with internal and external audit requests.
Undertake additional FP&A duties as required and participate in ad hoc projects.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; CPA preferred.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Relevant Experience.
Proficiency in US GAAP and strong analytical skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Effective communication skills, capable of collaborating across all levels.
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Workday, etc.).
