Overview:
Develop and execute recruiting plans and strategies for multiple positions; attract qualified candidates and fill open positions with top talent. This position exercises judgment and exerts influence on relevant objectives and long-range goals of the organization. Develops solutions to a variety of problems of diverse scope and complexity while managing precedents; works independently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sources and identifies candidates for open and pipeline positions using all available tools, including but not limited to the following: initial contact, HR interview, technical interview, and management interview.
2. Manages multiple clients and competing demands in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
3. Works closely with HR Business Partners/Consultants and hiring managers to understand the recruiting needs of the business; anticipates hiring needs and proactively identifies recruiting solutions to meet those needs.
4. Evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, and other data pertinent to classification, selection and referral.
5. Develops long-term, realistic, sustainable staffing strategies that drive customer satisfaction and competitive advantage.
6. Screens and interviews potential candidates. Prepares ratings on applicants, makes recommendations on starting salaries, and provides applicants with relevant company information.
