Job Description

Local HQ based Financial Services office working in the fastest growing demographic in the nation needs a big smile, fun hard working receptionist who loves working with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Reception, Phones and Client Greeting
  • Appointment Setting and Confirmations (a must experience)
  • Monthly Marketing Event Confirmations with Clients
  • Local Client Marketing Events; client check in, greeting, and event success coordination.
  • Client follow up, appointments and responses to client requests.
  • Maintain Client Database, CRM and files.

Qualifications:

  • Prior Phone Appointment Setting, Scheduling and Confirmation Experience
  • Ability to build trust and confidence with Clients.
  • Ability to be on time, prioritize and multitask as needed.
  • Positive and professional appearance and outlook
  • Excellent people skills, as well as written and oral skills.
  • Have fun, enjoy helping people and building a career/retirement.
