We are in search of a motivated individual to join our team as a Remote R.E. Investment Loan Broker. As an Authorized Broker, you will have the opportunity to offer our Investment Loans to your clients.
Responsibilities
Gain thorough knowledge of our diverse range of loan products.
Guide customers through the loan application process with clarity and professionalism.
Efficiently handle the filing of loan applications and necessary supporting documents.
Develop and nurture referral networks to identify potential loan prospects.
Prioritize providing exceptional customer service to foster long-term relationships and secure repeat business.
Qualifications
Previous experience in Mortgage and Finance sectors is preferred.
Familiarity with financial and lending practices is advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to build strong rapport with clients.
Proficient in managing pipeline/portfolio efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
