Job Title: Quality Review Specialist- Expert (Remote)

Job Description:
Supplement Staff is needed to provide temporary assistance with Quality Review and Oversite of IT Technical Documents/Deliverables
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES / COMPETENCIES:
SkillRequired / DesiredAmountof ExperienceDemonstrated knowledge of software lifecycle and validating software artifacts per industry standards.Required 4YearsDemonstrated knowledge of performing software releases and/or testing.Required 4YearsExperience working with Structured Query Language (SQL) in a relational database environment (like Access).Required 4YearsDemonstrated knowledge of or demonstrated ability to learn new products for managing software workflow.Required 4YearsExperience in managing reports for software and Dashboards, products like ServiceNow, Access, Tableau, Jira, Power BI, etc.Required 4Years

- Ability to learn new products for managing software workflow.
- Experience in managing reports for software products like ServiceNow, Access, etc.
- Experience working in a Mainframe environment (TSO/ISPF/JCL/DB2/COBOL/Endevor).
- Experience working with reporting tools such as Tableau, SharePoint
- Experience with ServiceNow.
- Experience with Power BI
- Technical writing
