CQC Systems Manager--

Responsibilities:

1. Quality Management:

• Implement quality control plans and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits.

1. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain records of quality activities.
• Prepare and present quality reports.

1. Coordination and Communication:

• Collaborate with project teams and subcontractors.
• Address quality issues promptly.

1. Inspection and Testing:

• Oversee tests of materials and workmanship.
• Implement corrective actions for defects.

1. Compliance and Standards:

• Ensure adherence to regulations and industry standards.
• Stay updated on quality standards and codes.

Qualifications:

1. Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

1. Experience:

• Several years in construction quality control.
• USACE Experience (5+ years)
• Must have hydroelectric experience

1. Certifications:

• Certifications like CQE or CCM are beneficial.
