We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual to join our team as a Quality Control Inspector. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards before they are delivered to our customers. This is a critical role that requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to upholding quality throughout the production process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, work-in-progress, and finished products
• Follow quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with specifications
• Perform visual inspections, measurements, and functional tests to identify any defects or deviations
• Record and analyze inspection results and maintain accurate documentation
• Communicate quality issues and concerns to relevant teams and stakeholders
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality-related problems
• Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector or similar role
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes and methodologies
• Excellent understanding of manufacturing and production processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in using measurement tools and equipment
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory requirements
• Quality control certifications or training is a plus
