We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a strategy for quality coordination and testing as well as suggesting solutions to identified quality problems.
Job duties and responsibilities
Test current products and identify deficiencies
Suggest solutions to identified product problems
Investigate product quality making improvements and increasing customer satisfaction
Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy
Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution
Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest actions for improvement
Oversee continuous improvement projects
Collect quality data
Identify key KPIs for product quality
Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management
Requirements and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or 4+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer
Experience and understanding with a variety of different testing techniques and best practices such Agile, Integration, Regression, End-to-End, Automated, UI, and Test Driven Development or similar Software Testing methodologies
2+ years of experience and understanding of Java, HTML, RESTful APIs, DB2, XML, or other similar coding languages
Practical experience with Test Case Design and Management
