Our Seattle team is growing quickly and we are looking for a passionate Project Coordinator to join our team!

What You'll Do

As a Project Coordinator, you will work with our global team of Project Management Consultants to deliver value. You will engage with key stakeholders and represent CORTAC Group. This role will have a strong focus on client delivery, with the opportunity to vary your experience and support our top engagements as part of our Seattle hub. Your responsibilities will be to:

• Managing the implementation of a new software tool to control the project management delivery.
• Establish and assist in developing schedules/timelines/cost plans that support the business objectives.
• Initiate and manage creative and dynamic solutions for clients facing challenges in delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and compile their activity into the new technology platform through data implementation.

Let's Talk About You

You graduated with a bachelor’s degree and have 2-5 years of relevant project management experience. Your desire is to grow your career in Project Management and to get the best practices to drive project delivery. You have a good understanding of PMO, Project, Program, and Portfolio Management (PPM) disciplines.

You are experienced in using PowerBI, Tableau, or other project management tools for data visualization. You are proficient in Excel and willing to expand your knowledge into other technologies. Exposure to Project Management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Trello will be beneficial.

You bring a high-energy, self-starter attitude and you are trusted to get the job done. You are an excellent communicator, adjusting communication styles based on your audience. You are a quick learner, adaptable and can thrive in new environments. You are highly detail oriented and have a passion for the technology industry.

CORTAC Group believes in fair and equitable compensation. The reasonable estimate of the current total compensatory salary range for this role is $85,000 - $105,000 annually for Seattle. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
