Project Controller Specialist

We are looking for a Professional willing to join our Tenova Inc. Administration, Planning & Control Department, with motivation to work within an international and challenging environment.
This position aims to manage the financial aspects of all projects and Technical Services for Tenova Inc., be the project Business Partner while supporting the Project Team envisaging and promptly suggesting corrective and improving action. Provide reliable and timely Tenova reporting.
You will carry on the following activities:
* Manage the Internal Order Release process from the Control point of view. Coordinate with Project Manager and Budgeting Department to ensure that the Budget split is the adequate and that the control model follow up the same structure.
* Review & Close out Projects on yearly basis.
* Keep and report standards productivities and costs from previous projects and other sources of information to benchmark budgeting and progress of projects.
* Coordinate, monitor and control of Major Contracts from Order Set-Up and Budget inception, Project review with PM's & CFO, Revenue Recognition, Backlog, A/R Invoice Preparation & Final P/L review.
* Control Project Schedules, properly reporting deviations from plan.
* Guarantee and monitor the proper allocation of cost in the project network. Instruct and control that Engineering, AP and other departments are following properly the cost accrual process.
* Analyze control indicators interaction (specially, term, resources, productivity standards and actuals, risk, costs, revenues and margin) to understand the impact that each ones has over the other.
* Lead Project Monthly meeting with CEO, CFO, Project Directors and Project managers participation. Responsible for early reporting any improvement or deterioration in the projects as soon as detected.
* Coordinate the activities to properly update forecast on a monthly basis.
* Manage the billing summaries for projects and coordinate with Accounts Receivables that the invoices are issue in line with the commercial conditions of contracts and collected in time.
* Coordinate all Project reports issuance. Manage the quarterly reporting including the Contract Summary, Project Forecasts, Project Consolidation report as well as other required by Tenova HQ.
* Assist with annual financial audit.
* Ad Hoc analysis and reporting as required by Tenova Inc senior management and Tenova group.
* Ensure compliance with the ISO Standards and Procedures with the purpose of maintaining the certification.
* Occasional additional work within the department or for other departments may also be required, as needed.
Required profile:
* Bachelor's degree, or commensurate experience, in business, accounting, engineering, or related field.
* 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software tools (especially, Spreadsheet and Presentation).
* Proficient in SAP or a comparable ERP/MRP.
* Ability to prepare detailed reports and manage the most effective techniques and tools in report drafting.
* Ability to plan and manage multiple tasks/projects.
* Strong interpersonal communication skills.
* Proactive, committed and solution/result driven.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
