Salary: $100,000 - $140,000

We are a global organization with over 10,000 employees. Nationally we have over 1,300. This position will be working in our Pryor, OK plant. We are needing a manager who can come in and help us get this plant up to its former glory. Our organization is looking to invest a lot of funds into this plant, but first, we need a maintenance manager who can assess what can be kept and what needs replacing.

Over the last two years, we have seen consistent growth in our headcount, as well as profits. We are looking to allocate those profits back into the company and update our equipment to help improve our efficiency and ease of work for our employees.

What You Will Be Doing

Your Team Will Consist Of The Following

• 5 Production Supervisors
• 1 Superintendent
• 15 Hourly Employees
• You will be directing activities for several manufacturing departments
• Issue instructions to the Production Superintendents and Supervisors
• Create special reports for the Plant Manager
• Establish Training Programs and provide coaching to new hires
  
  

What You Need for this Position

• Bachelor's Degree
• Industrial Manufacturing Environment
• Cement or similar industry experience
