About the Role:

As a Product Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our engineering team in building and enhancing our website, mobile app, and backend support tools. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and provide valuable insights to drive product improvements and ensure timely delivery.


Desired Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in a product analyst or similar role, preferably in the travel industry
  • Experience translating business use cases into refined acceptance criteria
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Supporting remote teams across multiple time zones
  • Knowledge of agile/scrum development methodologies
  • Creating reference guides and SOP documents to illustrate business rules for reference and training purposes
  • Experience working with JIRA or similar project management tools


Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Product Features:

  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and prioritize product features and enhancements
  • Conduct data analysis to identify user behavior patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimization for in CRM, CMS and Ecommerce platforms.
  • Develop and maintain product analytics dashboards and reports
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones to ensure alignment on product goals and timelines
  • Assist in user acceptance testing and validation of new features
  • Provide support and training to internal teams on product functionality

Documentation:

  • Document business rules, processes, and requirements in a clear and concise manner
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document their business needs and objectives
  • Maintain documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance as business requirements evolve
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that documented business rules and processes are implemented correctly
  • Review and update documentation based on feedback from stakeholders and team members
  • Provide guidance and training to team members on how to use and interpret documentation
