Join a leading telecommunication company in NYC! We're searching for a passionate and engaging Procurement Manager to develop, implement, and optimize procurement strategies for a variety of materials and services related to our client's network deployments. This includes design, construction, and network operations across the country.

This is an in-office role, you will required to be in our client's Manhattan office, 3-4 days per week.

Here's what you'll conquer:

• Oversee the entire vendor sourcing process – from identifying top partners to negotiating contracts and ensuring smooth onboarding.
• Manage strategic partnerships, ensuring cost savings and perfect alignment with business goals.
• Lead data-driven initiatives, crafting procurement documents (RFI, RFP, RFQ) to find the best fit.
• Lead team training and development efforts.
• Analyze proposals and negotiate winning contracts, becoming a champion for the company.
• Own the procurement process: Manage purchases, issue purchase orders, track order fulfillment, and troubleshoot any challenges your team encounters.

We're looking for someone who:

• Boasts 6+ years of procurement experience and 2+ years of successful management experience.
• Must hold a Bachelor's degree.
• Has an in-depth understanding of construction and project management processes
• Previous experience in telecom or construction procurement. (Major plus, if both)
• Has a proven track record of negotiating and contracting with vendors.
• Thrives in collaboration and excels in communication and evaluating priorities.
