Title: Business Analyst with Change management exp

Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite + 2 days work from home)

Duration: Contract

Skills:

• Business Process Mapping and Improvement:
• Understanding of business processes and workflows
• Expertise in process mapping, analysis, and optimization
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Able to provide facilitation support for stakeholder workshops

Requirements Gathering and Elicitation:

• Skill in conducting interviews and facilitating workshops
• Ability to document and manage business requirements and use cases

Ability to create detailed business cases including cost/benefit/ROI Data Analysis:

• Proficiency in data collection, management, and manipulation
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets
• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and tools

Responsibilities:

• The role is a hybrid need to be on site in downtown Houston 3 days per week
• Experience from a big five consulting firm is extremely helpful
• Navigate the IS budget cycle and related processes.
• Work with business and IS to plan spend and funding within respective area.
• Manage demand intake from the business and guide related escalations.
• Partner with the business to scope and document use cases.
• Define business benefit and expected outcomes.
• Define value targets and KPIs.
• Develop cost estimates for proposed solutions/initiatives.
• Facilitate initiative and scope prioritization processes.
• Collaborate across IS functions and business teams .
• Encourage the adoption of solutions by business stakeholders.
• Support workshop facilitation, presentations, demos.

Must have exp delivering the below deliverables:

• Strategic technology roadmaps and related swim lane diagrams
• Use case and requirements documentation.
• Gap analysis
• Cost estimation
• Cost/value ROI and KPIs definition and tracking
