Job Description:
Develop and drive improvements across internal and external partner processes and procedures to create best-in-class operational experiences with a customer-focused approach
Support the agile development lifecycle by resolving blockers, testing systems functionality, running implementations and process changes.
Provide support and frequent communication to cross-functional teams and key partners while raising potential issues or key decisions needed to ensure a smooth operational execution.
Further integrate and streamline workflows to deliver step change improvements in our operations.
Monitor process health that ensures the quality and reliability of servicing outputs.
