Our client is a global chemical manufacturer looking for a Process Engineer at their facility just outside of St. Louis, MO. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience supporting day-to-day operations as well as identifying short and long-term process improvements. This role has promotion opportunities in the future.

As a Process Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Support day to day operations and troubleshooting
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and process optimization
• Assist with developing, planning, and managing improvement projects
• Debottlenecking to improve equipment flow
• Adhere to all site safety standards and practices
  
  

Salary Range: $110,000 - $115,000 + bonus

As a Process Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

• BS in Chemical Engineering preferred, may consider Mechanical Engineering, or Engineering
• 2+ years of experience as a Process/Production Engineer in a chemical plant
• Experience in day-to-day operations and troubleshooting
• Experience in a PSM regulated plant
• Experience with continuous improvement and/or Six Sigma methodologies preferred
