Our client is a manufacturer of surface solutions used in many industries. They are in search of hands-on Process Engineers to join their team at their facility near Chattanooga, TN. They are looking to add both a Process Engineer and Senior Process Engineer to this manufacturing facility.

As a Process Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Become an expert of the manufacturing processes
• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions
• Find ways to lower production costs
• Be a part of Lean Manufacturing activities and strategies
• Assist in the identification of areas needing improvement
• Manage manufacturing documentation
  
  

Salary Range: $100,000/year - $115,000/year

• BS in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• 2+ years of experience in a hands-on process/production engineering position
