Process Analyst (Manufacturing)

Our client located in Randolph County is a leading manufacturer within industrial automation for equipment, machinery and vehicles, metal components, and looking to a talented and experienced Process Analyst for engineering and manufacturing to join their team! In this role handle both technical support and applications development responsibilities by creating, developing and implementing plant information systems and architecture functionalities with CAD/KBE/MES within engineering and analysis problem solving techniques. Responsibilities:

Accountability for troubleshooting all engineering systems that provide instructions and programs for production floor via MES systems

Specify, create, and distribute improvements in the systems architecture including technical infrastructure, generation of machine/operator/gauging instructions, and production floor user interface.

Demonstrate technical leadership skills in the information technologies applications for production systems, and manufacturing deliverables.

Guide system related projects including planning, testing, execution and implementation of new software functionality.

Bring resolution to user problems and communicate identified and answers to internal customers.

Sustain/ and amplify manufacturing integration and business systems

Carry out system maintenance, continuous improvement, and major development efforts to support the manufacturing facility.

Grasp and understand business processes/technical computer architecture integrated into the plant to facilitate those processes.

Requirements:

Bachelors’ Degree the Engineering fields (Electrical, Industrial or related fields of study)

Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a process engineering/analyst role within industrial manufacturing with automated engineering systems that provide programs/instructions to manufacturing operations

Proven history of success with continuous improvement processes in production and manufacturing systems

Strong knowledge of CAD, KBE and MES and applications engineering systems. Advanced proficiency with MS Office

Experience in computer programming and coding with SQL, Java or other similar programs

Experience in a manufacturing environment with automated engineering systems providing programs/instructions to manufacturing operations is preferred.
