What You'll Do
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to drive improvement in our supplier network.
Conduct assessments and provide guidance to enhance supplier qualifications and capabilities.
Manage risks and ensure supplier readiness to support our program needs.
Solve complex issues through strategic initiatives and foster strong partnerships with suppliers.
Monitor supplier progress and report outcomes at executive reviews.
What You Need
A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and at least 5 years in supply chain, quality, operations, or engineering roles.
Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within aerospace.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.
Ability to travel up to 70% for day trips and occasional overnight stays.
